Shipping and Returns
Wuggs are shipped through Australia Post and shipping fees are calculated based on weight and size of the package. Due to the size of Wuggs, 1-2 pairs is $20.00. Tracking will be provided once shipped.
All our products are shipped from Rocherlea Tasmania within 2-3 Business days unless it's express shipping. We are a small Tasmanian Business; it sometimes takes us a little bit longer in our busy times and we thank you for your patience. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our very best to ship it promptly.
If you are not satisfied feel free to let us know so we can organise a refund or replacement. We simply ask that you do so within 7 days of receiving your goods via an email to admin@lenah.com.au and we will arrange the return of the goods.We’re happy to answer any questions you have.
